Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Act9Intf.dll
2.Extract Act9Intf.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Act9Intf.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Act9Intf.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Act9Intf.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Act9Intf.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Act9Intf.dll and press Enter.
