Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AdDynHelp.ocx
2.Extract AdDynHelp.ocx from .zip. We recommend that you extract AdDynHelp.ocx to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AdDynHelp.ocx.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AdDynHelp.ocx to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AdDynHelp.ocx in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AdDynHelp.ocx and press Enter.
