Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AgtDL1Import.dll
2.Extract AgtDL1Import.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AgtDL1Import.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AgtDL1Import.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AgtDL1Import.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AgtDL1Import.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AgtDL1Import.dll and press Enter.
