Using the zip or rar file 1.Download Async2ArrayDLL.dll
2.Extract Async2ArrayDLL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Async2ArrayDLL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Async2ArrayDLL.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Async2ArrayDLL.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Async2ArrayDLL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Async2ArrayDLL.dll and press Enter.
