Using the zip or rar file
1.Download a5mail.dll
2.Extract a5mail.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract a5mail.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting a5mail.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract a5mail.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place a5mail.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 a5mail.dll and press Enter.
