Using the zip or rar file 1.Download agldt28l.dll ICU Data DLL, v. 2.8.0.0
2.Extract agldt28l.dll ICU Data DLL, v. 2.8.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract agldt28l.dll ICU Data DLL, v. 2.8.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting agldt28l.dll ICU Data DLL, v. 2.8.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract agldt28l.dll ICU Data DLL, v. 2.8.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place agldt28l.dll ICU Data DLL, v. 2.8.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 agldt28l.dll ICU Data DLL, v. 2.8.0.0 and press Enter.
