Using the zip or rar file 1.Download at91fr4xxx.dll
2.Extract at91fr4xxx.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract at91fr4xxx.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting at91fr4xxx.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract at91fr4xxx.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place at91fr4xxx.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 at91fr4xxx.dll and press Enter.
