Using the zip or rar file
1.Download aticfx32.dll 8.17.10.8
2.Extract aticfx32.dll 8.17.10.8 from .zip. We recommend that you extract aticfx32.dll 8.17.10.8 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting aticfx32.dll 8.17.10.8.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract aticfx32.dll 8.17.10.8 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place aticfx32.dll 8.17.10.8 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 aticfx32.dll 8.17.10.8 and press Enter.
