Using the zip or rar file
1.Download atimpc64.dll 8.14.10.23
2.Extract atimpc64.dll 8.14.10.23 from .zip. We recommend that you extract atimpc64.dll 8.14.10.23 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting atimpc64.dll 8.14.10.23.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract atimpc64.dll 8.14.10.23 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place atimpc64.dll 8.14.10.23 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 atimpc64.dll 8.14.10.23 and press Enter.
