Using the zip or rar file
1.Download atl70.dll 7.0.9466.0
2.Extract atl70.dll 7.0.9466.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract atl70.dll 7.0.9466.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting atl70.dll 7.0.9466.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract atl70.dll 7.0.9466.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place atl70.dll 7.0.9466.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 atl70.dll 7.0.9466.0 and press Enter.
