Using the zip or rar file 1.Download atrc.dll 10.0.0.3083
2.Extract atrc.dll 10.0.0.3083 from .zip. We recommend that you extract atrc.dll 10.0.0.3083 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting atrc.dll 10.0.0.3083.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract atrc.dll 10.0.0.3083 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place atrc.dll 10.0.0.3083 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 atrc.dll 10.0.0.3083 and press Enter.
