Using the zip or rar file
1.Download A9FormP.dll
2.Extract A9FormP.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract A9FormP.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting A9FormP.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract A9FormP.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place A9FormP.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 A9FormP.dll and press Enter.
