Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Actr62S.dll
2.Extract Actr62S.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Actr62S.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Actr62S.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Actr62S.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Actr62S.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Actr62S.dll and press Enter.
