Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AddedSimuTax.dll
2.Extract AddedSimuTax.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AddedSimuTax.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AddedSimuTax.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AddedSimuTax.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AddedSimuTax.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AddedSimuTax.dll and press Enter.
