Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AnsXMLComponents.dll
2.Extract AnsXMLComponents.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AnsXMLComponents.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AnsXMLComponents.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AnsXMLComponents.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AnsXMLComponents.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AnsXMLComponents.dll and press Enter.
