Using the zip or rar file
1.Download a930be.dll
2.Extract a930be.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract a930be.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting a930be.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract a930be.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place a930be.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 a930be.dll and press Enter.
