Using the zip or rar file
1.Download afMeasure1xEvdoRDll.dll
2.Extract afMeasure1xEvdoRDll.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract afMeasure1xEvdoRDll.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting afMeasure1xEvdoRDll.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract afMeasure1xEvdoRDll.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place afMeasure1xEvdoRDll.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 afMeasure1xEvdoRDll.dll and press Enter.
