Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AChr3250.dll
2.Extract AChr3250.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AChr3250.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AChr3250.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AChr3250.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AChr3250.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AChr3250.dll and press Enter.
