Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ASUSVerify.dll
2.Extract ASUSVerify.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ASUSVerify.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ASUSVerify.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ASUSVerify.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ASUSVerify.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ASUSVerify.dll and press Enter.
