Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AgUiXmToolPlugins.dll
2.Extract AgUiXmToolPlugins.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AgUiXmToolPlugins.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AgUiXmToolPlugins.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AgUiXmToolPlugins.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AgUiXmToolPlugins.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AgUiXmToolPlugins.dll and press Enter.
