Using the zip or rar file 1.Download AxPentaview.dll
2.Extract AxPentaview.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AxPentaview.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AxPentaview.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AxPentaview.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AxPentaview.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AxPentaview.dll and press Enter.
