Using the zip or rar file
1.Download accexplicituseracc64j.dll
2.Extract accexplicituseracc64j.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract accexplicituseracc64j.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting accexplicituseracc64j.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract accexplicituseracc64j.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place accexplicituseracc64j.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
