Using the zip or rar file
1.Download accinteractiveuseracc64e.dll
2.Extract accinteractiveuseracc64e.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract accinteractiveuseracc64e.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting accinteractiveuseracc64e.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract accinteractiveuseracc64e.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place accinteractiveuseracc64e.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 accinteractiveuseracc64e.dll and press Enter.
