Using the zip or rar file 1.Download at3xtqsw.dll
2.Extract at3xtqsw.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract at3xtqsw.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting at3xtqsw.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract at3xtqsw.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place at3xtqsw.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 at3xtqsw.dll and press Enter.
