Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AS3FinalReport.dll
2.Extract AS3FinalReport.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AS3FinalReport.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AS3FinalReport.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AS3FinalReport.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AS3FinalReport.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AS3FinalReport.dll and press Enter.
