Using the zip or rar file 1.Download AdminPTG.dll
2.Extract AdminPTG.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AdminPTG.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AdminPTG.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AdminPTG.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AdminPTG.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AdminPTG.dll and press Enter.
