Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Apicall.dll
2.Extract Apicall.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Apicall.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Apicall.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Apicall.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Apicall.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Apicall.dll and press Enter.
