Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ApnIC.dll
2.Extract ApnIC.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ApnIC.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ApnIC.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ApnIC.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ApnIC.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ApnIC.dll and press Enter.
