Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AudioDecV33.dll
2.Extract AudioDecV33.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AudioDecV33.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AudioDecV33.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AudioDecV33.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AudioDecV33.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AudioDecV33.dll and press Enter.
