Using the zip or rar file
1.Download armvc1dechwdevice.dll
2.Extract armvc1dechwdevice.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract armvc1dechwdevice.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting armvc1dechwdevice.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract armvc1dechwdevice.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place armvc1dechwdevice.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 armvc1dechwdevice.dll and press Enter.
