Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ABQasmG.dll
2.Extract ABQasmG.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ABQasmG.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ABQasmG.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ABQasmG.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ABQasmG.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ABQasmG.dll and press Enter.
