Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ATLib32P.dll
2.Extract ATLib32P.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ATLib32P.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ATLib32P.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ATLib32P.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ATLib32P.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ATLib32P.dll and press Enter.
