Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AcExperienceRes.dll
2.Extract AcExperienceRes.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AcExperienceRes.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AcExperienceRes.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AcExperienceRes.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AcExperienceRes.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AcExperienceRes.dll and press Enter.
