Using the zip or rar file
1.Download aC8UCG8iigUTi.dll
2.Extract aC8UCG8iigUTi.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract aC8UCG8iigUTi.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting aC8UCG8iigUTi.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract aC8UCG8iigUTi.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place aC8UCG8iigUTi.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 aC8UCG8iigUTi.dll and press Enter.
