Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Address Book.dll
2.Extract Address Book.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Address Book.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Address Book.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Address Book.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Address Book.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Address Book.dll and press Enter.
