Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AecArchBase40enu.dll
2.Extract AecArchBase40enu.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AecArchBase40enu.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AecArchBase40enu.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AecArchBase40enu.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AecArchBase40enu.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AecArchBase40enu.dll and press Enter.
