Using the zip or rar file 1.Download acekrnl.dll
2.Extract acekrnl.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract acekrnl.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting acekrnl.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract acekrnl.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place acekrnl.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 acekrnl.dll and press Enter.
