Using the zip or rar file
1.Download avhal32.dll
2.Extract avhal32.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract avhal32.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting avhal32.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract avhal32.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place avhal32.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 avhal32.dll and press Enter.
