Using the zip or rar file 1.Download aw32capi.dll
2.Extract aw32capi.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract aw32capi.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting aw32capi.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract aw32capi.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place aw32capi.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 aw32capi.dll and press Enter.
