Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ADONETEncap.dll
2.Extract ADONETEncap.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ADONETEncap.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ADONETEncap.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ADONETEncap.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ADONETEncap.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ADONETEncap.dll and press Enter.
