Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AVSH263Codec.dll
2.Extract AVSH263Codec.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AVSH263Codec.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AVSH263Codec.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AVSH263Codec.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AVSH263Codec.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AVSH263Codec.dll and press Enter.
