Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AeccDataMigrationchs.dll
2.Extract AeccDataMigrationchs.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AeccDataMigrationchs.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AeccDataMigrationchs.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AeccDataMigrationchs.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AeccDataMigrationchs.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AeccDataMigrationchs.dll and press Enter.
