Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ApedAspenProperties.dll
2.Extract ApedAspenProperties.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ApedAspenProperties.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ApedAspenProperties.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ApedAspenProperties.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ApedAspenProperties.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ApedAspenProperties.dll and press Enter.
