Using the zip or rar file 1.Download App18MSS.dll
2.Extract App18MSS.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract App18MSS.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting App18MSS.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract App18MSS.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place App18MSS.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 App18MSS.dll and press Enter.
