Using the zip or rar file 1.Download AqxUtils.dll
2.Extract AqxUtils.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AqxUtils.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AqxUtils.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AqxUtils.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AqxUtils.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AqxUtils.dll and press Enter.
