Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ArcAPPDMO.dll
2.Extract ArcAPPDMO.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ArcAPPDMO.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ArcAPPDMO.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ArcAPPDMO.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ArcAPPDMO.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ArcAPPDMO.dll and press Enter.
