Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AREXPreferences.Resources.dll
2.Extract AREXPreferences.Resources.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AREXPreferences.Resources.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AREXPreferences.Resources.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AREXPreferences.Resources.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AREXPreferences.Resources.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AREXPreferences.Resources.dll and press Enter.
