Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ASHRAEDuctDLL.dll
2.Extract ASHRAEDuctDLL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ASHRAEDuctDLL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ASHRAEDuctDLL.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ASHRAEDuctDLL.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ASHRAEDuctDLL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ASHRAEDuctDLL.dll and press Enter.
