Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AVCONEC.dll
2.Extract AVCONEC.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AVCONEC.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AVCONEC.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AVCONEC.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AVCONEC.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AVCONEC.dll and press Enter.
