Using the zip or rar file 1.Download AudioInfo.dll
2.Extract AudioInfo.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AudioInfo.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AudioInfo.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AudioInfo.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AudioInfo.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AudioInfo.dll and press Enter.
